What to Bring

Thanks for hunting with Big Bass N Bucks.  Here’s a checklist of items to consider bringing to help make your hunt more comfortable and successful:

• Waterproof boots, jacket and pants.  A jacket with hood and a separate waterproof hat will also keep you more comfortable.  For our Wyoming hunts, please break in your boots ahead of time as we may do extensive walking and stalking on your hunt.
• Medium-size backpack for your stand hunts in Texas.  Larger pack with lots of room for water for Wyoming.
• Hooks to hang important items in the tree stand.  Note that we also use ground blinds, elevated ladder stands and box blinds, particularly for deer hunting in Texas.
• Range finder and binoculars.
• Therma-cell or other form of bug repellant, and sun screen, depending on the weather.
• Any medicines or “comfort” snack foods you prefer.
• Books and iPods will help you pass the time, and keep you awake, but keep your eye out for that trophy of a lifetime!
